Your electricity service will be billed to you based on your usage. Listed below are some instructions and telephone numbers to assist you in turning on your utilities:

Request to have your phone line activated. Be sure to give the phone company your apartment number and bed space number. The cost of the telephone is at the resident’s expense. All apartments will have multiple working phone jacks. Each bedroom has the capacity of a separate phone line for each resident, should this be desired, rather than just one phone line for each apartment. The telephone company can usually turn the phone on without an onsite appointment. We do require that all residents have their current telephone number on file at the Stonehaven Office. ELECTRICITY
Rent includes an electricity allowance of $40.00 per month for a two-bedroom apartment or $30.00 per month for a one-bedroom apartment. Usage over this amount will be billed proportionately to the residents of the unit. The power will be on in the apartment at the time of move in.
GAS
NOTE: There are no gas appliances in the Stonehaven Apartments.

WATER & TRASH
Water and Trash service is provided to the resident. All trash from the individual bedroom or living areas is to be disposed of by the resident in the trash bins distributed in the project parking areas. Individual trash receptacles in the project are for convenience only, not for household trash disposal. Please use the bins in the parking areas for household disposal.
