All Stonehaven rental payments are due in full on the first day of the month and are considered late after the 3rd of the month (or after the Friday prior to the 3rd of the month when the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday.) Delinquent accounts will be assessed a $50.00 Late Fee. Payments are always applied to the oldest bill on your account first and Late Fees are assessed accordingly. Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 minimum Nonsufficient Funds (NSF) fee. Payments by checks or money orders (payable to Stonehaven Student Housing) may be made Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) at the following location:

Please be sure to include your Apartment Number and bed space on all checks. If you have a question regarding your Stonehaven Rental Account, please call or see the Stonehaven Front Office during regular business hours. Please note that UCR Financial Aid will not automatically pay any of your Stonehaven housing costs. It is strictly your responsibility to ensure that Financial Aid funds intended for University-related bills such as housing are used appropriately. Your proper use of these funds will be a determinant factor in the event of any subsequent account delinquencies.
