The following facilities located on the Stonehaven Student Apartments property are available to residents for meetings, parties, or other events:

Use of all Stonehaven Student Apartments facilities is controlled in order to help ensure that residents can equally enjoy them. Requests to reserve facilities for events must be filed with the RSO at least ten (10) days prior to the actual event. Recurring events may not be scheduled more than one quarter in advance. Events may be scheduled to occur between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and Sundays or between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. A $50.00 deposit must be submitted with each Facility Use Request and will be kept on file pending an inspection of the facility by a Stonehaven Student Apartments staff member following the event. The resident who acts as the event coordinator will be responsible for the final condition of the facility. Charges for cleanliness and/or damages in excess of the $50.00 deposit will be debited to the said resident as deemed appropriate.
