If you schedule or expect service or a delivery by non-Stonehaven staff at a time when you will not be home, please submit an Authorization to Enter form in advance at the RSO. A Stonehaven staff person will give the service or delivery representative entry into your apartment. We regret that, because of time and staffing constraints, Stonehaven staff cannot remain in your unit with the outside representative. We will, however, re-lock your apartment when the representative notifies us of the completion of their job.
